Mortgages – It’s important to remember that your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up with the repayments on your mortgage. Some forms of mortgage are not regulated by the FCA.

Pensions – A pension is a long-term investment. The fund value may fluctuate and can go down. Your eventual income may depend on the size of fund when accessed, interest rates and legislation.
